The courses include:
- Breathing, stretching and strengthening exercises combined with the circular, flowing movements of Tai Chi will compose a full, healthy workout.
- Vitality, wellness and essential relaxation.
- Suitable for all ages.
- Morning or evening classes.
No experience required.
Each section is independent.
SECTION A: July 1st – July 5th
- No experience is required and there is no restriction on age
- Selected movements from the 13 form of Taiji (Wu style)
- The 8 exercises of Ba Duan Jin
- Additional breathing and stretching exercises.
Section A consists of 5 lessons (90 minutes each)
SECTION B: July 5th – July 6th
- Practice of the 26 form of Taiji (Wu style).
This section is mainly aimed at those who already have a certain amount of
experience on the basic movements of Tai Chi and want to practice a longer,
more demanding form.
Section B consists of 3 lessons (100 minutes each)
SECTION C: July 8th – July 12th
- Same as Section Α.

It’s specially designed forms aim at maintaining good health and developing strength and flexibility by regulating body, mind and breathing so that they move together as one.
Modern medical studies documented impressive results in groups of people who have been practicing ‘Health Qigong’ routines for six months.
These routines are suitable for people of all ages and can be an enjoyable way of exercise for everyone, as they consist of elegant movements that can be performed along with special music.
